Mechanical vibrationThe basic structure consists of a box, ash door, filter bag, mechanical vibration device, and other parts, all of which are installed in a vertical frame, making the structure extremely compact. The dusty gas enters the box through the inlet of the dust collector and is filtered by the filter bag. The dust is left on the inner surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas is sucked in by the fan and directly discharged into the outside. As the filtration time increases, the dust adhering to the inner surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the resistance of the filter bag increases, thereby affecting the division effect. Self controlled mechanical vibration is used to shake and clean the dust at a fixed time or manually controlled mechanical vibration for tens of seconds, so that the dust adhering to the inner surface of the filter bag is shaken off. The dust falls onto the ash door, and the next dust is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
Mechanical vibration dust collectorIt is a dust removal device that uses a bag filter element made of fiber woven fabric to capture solid particles in dusty gases. Its working principle is that the dust powder is intercepted by the fiber due to inertia when passing through the filter cloth fibers. The dust collected on the filter bag regularly passes through the cleaning device and falls into the ash hopper, and is then discharged through the ash discharge system. The dusty flue gas enters the inlet chamber from the upper part of the dust removal equipment. Some coarse particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia, while the rest of the dusty flue gas enters the inlet chamber through various inlet branch pipes and evenly flows into the filter bag through the upper flower plate. A large amount of dust is trapped in the filter bag, and some dust directly passes through the lower flower plate and falls into the ash hopper. The purified gas enters the atmosphere through the exhaust valve.
When the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag thickens to a certain extent, the operating resistance of the dust removal equipment increases to a certain value. The microcomputer controls the start of the reverse blower to carry out the two-stage chamber cleaning process. The air is blown in to change the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag. The filter bag expands and shrinks to fall on the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag, thereby restoring the normal operation of the dust collector. The fallen dust enters the screw conveyor through the ash discharge valve and is discharged, achieving the purpose of material recovery.
